Returns & Warranty Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal. All merchandise in resellable condition may be returned for a refund within one year of purchase when accompanied by your receipt. If used and found defective, we will exchange or repair within one year of the purchase date when accompanied by your receipt.

Save your packing materials and manufacturer's warranty together with your Riverside Recumbent sales receipt and invoice. After one year if you believe there to be a problem not caused by normal wear and tear, you should contact the manufacturer directly.

When returning merchandise to Riverside Recumbent, carefully wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns can not be accepted and will be refused. Enclose the return form on the reverse side of your invoice or a letter telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, email, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Advise us if you are looking for a refund, exchange, or repair. We will return ship via surface delivery. Riverside Recumbent will refund postage due to shipping errors or defects in merchandise.
